All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Sale items

At this time, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Bourgeois Wicks will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bourgeoiswicks@bourgeoiswicks.com
